Bluffton library hosts winter, spring storytimes

BLUFFTON — The Bluffton Public Library will host winter and spring storytime programs through April 13. Sessions will be held at 6:30 p.m. Mondays or 10 a.m. Wednesdays, with the exception of holiday weeks. Storytime is for children ages 3-5 who will talk, sing, read, write and play. Call or visit the library to register. Advance registration is required and space is limited. The themes for March include: ● March 7 and 9: Colors All Around — participants will learn about recognizing colors and their names, and hear stories that are color-filled and exciting. The take-home craft is a 3D rainbow. ● March 14 and 16: Lucky Golden Coins — children will learn about St. Patrick's Day, coins, leprechauns and luck. They will have fun with the color green and not getting pinched. A four-leaf clover rainbow is the craft to take home. ● March 28: Lima Symphony Orchestra's Symphony Storytime. ● March 28 and 30: Music and Instruments — those attending will learn about the different kinds of music and instruments while getting to dance to different genres of music. The take-home craft is a paper plate drum.
