City man accused of drug offense

A Findlay man was accused by a Hancock County grand jury this week of committing a first-degree felony drug offense. Gage M. Klopp, 25, of 120 Rector Ave., was charged with a first-degree felony count of possession of cocaine. In other indictments this week: Andrew C. Twining, 27, of 529 W. Hardin St., was charged with a second-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Ronald H. Dowell III, 36, of Huber Heights, was charged with robbery, a second-degree felony. The indictment alleges that Dowell, in committing a theft offense, inflicted, attempted to inflict or threatened another man in Findlay last month. Ruben J. Sanchez Jr., 30, of 211 Garfield Ave., was charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Kimberly M. Wise, 32, of 205 W. Hardin St., was charged with having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. The indictment alleges Wise had a handgun on March 24 without first obtaining court permission, having been convicted of robbery in 2009. Joshua A. Young, 35, of Lima, was charged with improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; and possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. Casey N. Kunkle, 32, of 8192 Rockwood Drive, was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Dana J. Kindle, 41, of 1901 Broad Ave. #235, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Justin L. Ludwig, 25, of 330 Center St., was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. Ryan D. Drury, 51, of 1024 Markle St., was charged with vandalism, a fifth-degree felony. Chad M. Valentine, 49, of Arcadia, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Marcus G. Boykins Jr., 32, of Detroit, was charged with possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. Nancy P. Hadley, 75, of Bradenton, Florida, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Kaleb C. Luidhardt, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Korey Q. Bell, 44, of 340 E. Hardin St., Apt. 104, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Robert L. Cummins, 38, of Kenton, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
