ALBION, Michigan Sandusky native Peyton Smith was named to the fall 2021 Albion College dean's list. These honors are given to students who achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher in four graded courses. Smith is majoring in anthropology/sociology and is a graduate of Sandusky High School. BEREA, Ohio • The following local students have been named to the dean's list for the fall 2021 semester at Baldwin Wallace University. The dean's list recognizes students who earn a grade point average of 3.6 or higher while enrolled in 12 or more graded hours during the semester. Bellevue: Tori Fritz, majoring in business administration. Huron: Zach Chaban, majoring in biology. New London: Mason Kiesel of New London, majoring in exercise science. Norwalk: Ethan Coover, majoring in business information systems and marketing; Molly Edwards, majoring in sociology; Lauren Neher, majoring in psychology; Alex Nolan of Norwalk (44857), majoring in communication sciences and disorders; Kaitlynn Olak majoring in public relations; Regan Olak, majoring in public health; Emma Trost, majoring in psychology and neuroscience. Sandusky: David Fanning, majoring in chemistry and Spanish; Maleia Lehrer, majoring in sport management. Port Clinton: Drew Kopchak of Port Clinton, majoring in physics; and Cooper Stine. Vermilion: Lexy Coggins, majoring in sport management; Ryan Reffner, a chemistry major; Madison Waller, majoring in early childhood education. Wakeman: Corey Jones, majoring in sport management and finance. CLARION, Pennsylvania Bellevue native Cory Santoro earned at least a 3.5 GPA to be named to the dean's list for the fall 2021 semester at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. ITHACA, New York Ithaca College student Meabh Cadigan, of Port Clinton, was named to the dean's list for the fall 2021 semester. OXFORD, Ohio Miami University students who are ranked in the top 3% of undergraduate students within each division for the fall semester 2021-22 have been named to the president's list recognizing academic excellence. Huron: Madelon Kilbury, earning a bachelor of science in education in middle childhood education; Jennifer Otto, earning a bachelor of science in kinesiology and health in nutrition. Middle Bass Island: Maximilian Schneider, earning a bachelor of science in computer science. Milan: Mallory Stiles, earning a bachelor of science in business and a bachelor of arts in theater. Norwalk: Macey Phillips, earning a bachelor of science in social work. Vermilion: Rachel Miller, earning a bachelor of science in business in human capital management and leadership; Liberty Oliver, earning a bachelor of science in biology; Abby Perry, earning a bachelor of science in social work. WHITEWATER, Wisconsin Hunter Hayberger, from Sandusky, made the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater dean's list for the 2021 fall semester. These students have demonstrated their academic abilities by getting a 3.4 GPA or above in a single semester. Hayberger is studying information technology. YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio Sandusky resident William Theisen was named to the president's list for fall 2021 at Eastern Gateway Community College. The president's list is an award given to an EGCC student who completes six or more credit hours and earns a 4.0 grade point average in a semester.
