Lucinda F. Copeland

Lucinda F. Copeland, 52, of Findlay, passed away to soon Monday May 16, 2022, at Advanced Specialty Hospital, Toledo. She was born Nov. 19, 1969, in Findlay. Lucinda is survived by three brothers, Daniel (Anita) Walker, Brian "Bub" (Chris Smith) Walker and Wesley (Wendy) McCarty Jr. She had one son, Daniel Alan Laytart (Tamara Starr Laytart). Daniel gave Lucinda four grandchildren in who she was very proud of, Damian Preteroti, Josiah Preteroti, Makinzie Laytart, and Addison Laytart. Lucinda also had many nieces and nephews and she loved them all very much. She also loved her dog, Riley. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Jean Hadding Bowling; and father, Wesley Allen McCarty Sr. She had many close friends, but there were some very special ones that deserve recognition for their loyalty throughout the years, such as Tad Wallen, Patrick Savory, Keith Smith, and Judy Pepple Blanton. She enjoyed CB radio and went by the handle of "Snuggles." She enjoyed diamond art and cooking. Man, she could do some stuff with chicken! She enjoyed being around people and was well known for her sarcasm and fun personality. She wasn't afraid to let anyone know how she felt, but that's what we loved about her. There will be no funeral for Lucinda, but a celebration of life will be 4 p.m. Sunday, May 29, 2022, at Riverbend Park, Charles Younger Shelter #4.
