Toledo man charged with two felonies in Findlay

A Toledo man was indicted by a Hancock County grand jury this week, alleging he trespassed a Hurd Avenue home with the intent of committing a theft offense. Joseph E. Gardner II, 31, of Toledo, was charged with burglary and possession of cocaine, both second-degree felonies. In other indictments: Dallas M. Gavan, 37, of 120 Rector Ave., was charged with two third-degree felony counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. Tamara L. Atkins, 47, of Floyd Knobs, Indiana, was charged with a third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence and a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. David D. Luth, 54, of 424 W. Lima St., was charged with a third-degree felony count of domestic violence. Eric S. Ward Jr., 30, of Richland Correctional Institution, Mansfield, was charged with a third-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Lionel L. Robinson, 43, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence and disrupting public service, both fourth-degree felonies. In the latter charge, Robinson is alleged to have interrupted or impaired police, fire or other public service communications by damaging the cellphone of the person against whom he is alleged to have committed domestic violence. Louis F. Ochoa, 34, of 500 N. Main St., was charged with failure to appear in court in another case, a fourth-degree felony. Gianna F. Hunnicutt, 23, of North Baltimore, was charged with two fifth-degree felony counts of receiving stolen property. James L. Wilson, 59, of 216 Southcliff Drive, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. Christina A. Damato, 37, of 723½ N. Main St., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine. Joshua D. Thompson, 41, of 424 Santee Ave., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Jenny L. Heyman, 37, of 215 Taylor St., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of breaking and entering. Derek S. Baker, 34, of Fostoria, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. Mark D.
