Man hit with 15 sex charges involving a minor

A Findlay man was indicted this week by a Hancock County grand jury with 15 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor. Danny L. Hill II, 32, of 1504 Bliss Ave., was charged with three second-degree felony counts and 12 fourth-degree felony counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor. In other indictments: David D. Luth, 54, of 529 Vuglar Ave., Fostoria, was charged with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and burglary, a third-degree felony. In the aggravated robbery charge, Luth is alleged to have displayed or brandished a knife in committing a theft offense in Findlay on July 4. In the burglary charge, Luth is alleged to have trespassed an occupied residence in the 300 block of Center Street, in Findlay, with the intent to commit theft. Delno L. Tidd, 43, of Ada, was charged with a second-degree felony count of burglary. The indictment alleges that Tidd trespassed a Marion Township woman's home in July when she was present, with the intent of committing theft. Loren J. Shaw, 55, of 114½ Fair St., was charged with counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony. The indictment alleges that Shaw tried to pass a fake $100 bill in Findlay in June. Jayona M. Franklin, 21, of Hopewell, Virginia, was charged with possession of LSD, a fourth-degree felony. David E. Gebby, 56, of 1527 Crystal Ave., was charged with misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony. He is accused of using an elderly Findlay woman's credit card in March. Michael A. Lohmann, 52, of Leipsic, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Darius M. Pullom, 31, of 205 W. Hardin St., was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. James M. Cooper, 58, of Oakwood, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Taylor M. Carlson, 29, of Burlington, Kentucky, was charged with possession of hashish, a fifth-degree felony. Christina V. Ortega, 30, of Lima, was charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. James Alfanzo-Wells Lovejoy, 51, of Inkster, Michigan, was charged with possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies. Deanna R. Huether, 36, of 353 Sterling Hill Drive #F, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
