ODOT lists area projects

The following highway construction and maintenance work is scheduled this week in Hancock and surrounding counties, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. Work depends on weather conditions and, unless otherwise noted, will take place during daytime hours. Hancock U.S. 30, from Ohio 235 to U.S. 68, will be restricted to the left lane for resurfacing. Ohio 15, at County Road 169, Vanlue, remains restricted to one lane in both directions for the construction of an overpass on County Road 169. Ohio 15, at County Road 180, south of Findlay, remains restricted to one lane in both directions for the construction of an overpass on County Road 180. Ohio 103, east of Ohio 698, may have temporary lane restrictions for culvert work. Ohio 568, from Township Road 253 to Township Road 196, will close today for approximately 5 days to replace two culverts. Ohio 568 westbound, from Bright Road to County Road 236, will be closed daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for construction of the Greenway Trail shared-use path. Allen Ohio 66 and Cleveland Street, Delphos, remains closed for full-depth reconstruction. Ohio 117, Westminster, will continue to have traffic impacts and lane restrictions for an improvement and resurfacing project. Hardin Ohio 31, from Township Road 180 to Township Road 265, south of Kenton, remains closed for a bridge replacement. Ohio 67, from Wayne St. to Morningside Dr., Kenton, will be restricted to one lane for resurfacing. County Road 75, from Ohio 81 to Township Road 30, remains closed to replace the bridge over Hogg Creek. Putnam County Road H, west of Ohio 109, will close today for approximately five days for a culvert replacement. Seneca U.S. 224, Attica, will be closed at the railroad crossing for repairs starting today for 6 days. U.S. 224 and Ohio 587 roundabout will be restricted through the work zone during installation of light poles, and for seeding and mulching. U.S. Route 224, from Ohio 67 to Township Road 81, Attica, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing beginning Wednesday and lasting through October. Ohio 19, at various locations, will be reduced to one lane through the work zone for sealing of pavement cracks. Ohio 67, from County Road 16 to U.S. 224, Rockaway, will be closed for a culvert replacement starting today through August. Ohio 101, at various locations, will be reduced to one lane through the work zone for sealing of pavement cracks. Ohio 231, from the Wyandot County line to Tiffin, will experience daily restrictions for resurfacing. Wood Interstate 75, from Buck Road to Monroe Street, Toledo/Rossford/Northwood, may have occasional lane restrictions for finish work related to a reconstruction project. Lime City Road, over I-75, Rossford, is reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal following a strike from an over-height load which damaged the bridge. U.S. Route 20, from I-75 to Simmons Road, Perrysburg/Rossford, will experience lane restrictions and closures for installation of a turn lane. Ohio 18, from Bloomdale to the Hancock County line, and in Bloomdale, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing, performed under flagging operations in the work zone, through June. Ohio 25, from Cygnet Road to U.S. 6, Bowling Green/Portage, remains closed to through traffic for road reconstruction. Ohio 64, from I-75 to Mercer Road, Bowling Green, is restricted to one lane in each direction during construction of a roundabout at Campbell Hill Road. Ohio 199, from Sugar Ridge to Muir Road, Webster Township, will be closed for a culvert replacement starting today through July 21. Ohio 235, from Sand Ridge and Taylor Street, Weston, will be closed for a bridge replacement project beginning starting Wednesday and lasting through July. Wyandot U.S. 23 southbound/U.S. 30 eastbound, at the interchange on the east side of Upper Sandusky, will be restricted to the right lane for erosion repair. Ohio 49, from Ohio 224 and U.S. 30, will have lane restrictions to remove reflective pavement markers in preparation for upcoming chip seal operations.
