ODOT lists area projects

The following highway construction and maintenance work is scheduled this week in Hancock and surrounding counties, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. Work depends on weather conditions and, unless otherwise noted, will take place during daytime hours. Hancock Interstate 75 northbound, from Van Buren (Ohio 613) and North Baltimore (Ohio 18), the right lane will be closed daily, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., for ditch cleaning. I-75 rest areas, approximately three miles south of Findlay, will close on Tuesday for parking restriping. U.S. 30, from Ohio 235 to U.S. 68, will be restricted to the left lane for resurfacing. Ohio 15, at County Road 169, Vanlue, remains restricted to one lane in both directions for the construction of an overpass on County Road 169. Ohio 15, at County Road 180, south of Findlay, remains restricted to one lane in both directions for the construction of an overpass on County Road 180. Ohio 103, east of Ohio 698, may have temporary lane restrictions for culvert work. Ohio 568 westbound, from Bright Road to County Road 236, will be closed daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for construction of the Greenway Trail shared-use path. Allen Ohio 66 and Cleveland Street, Delphos, remains closed for full-depth reconstruction. Ohio 117, Westminster, will continue to have traffic impacts and lane restrictions for an improvement and resurfacing project. Hardin Ohio 31, from Township Road 180 to Township Road 265, south of Kenton, will be restricted to one lane for guardrail preparation work. Ohio 67, from Wayne St. to Morningside Dr., Kenton, will be restricted to one lane for resurfacing. County Road 75, from Ohio 81 to Township Road 30, remains closed to replace the bridge over Hogg Creek. Seneca U.S. Route 224, from Ohio 67 to Township Road 81, Attica, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing through October. Ohio 4, from the Seneca/Crawford line to north of Township Road 106, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing through October. Ohio 67, from County Road 16 to U.S. 224, Rockaway, is closed for a culvert replacement through August. Ohio 231, from the Wyandot County line to the Tiffin corp line, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing. Wood I-75, from Buck Road to Monroe Street, Toledo/Rossford/Northwood, may have occasional lane restrictions for finish work related to a reconstruction project. Northbound I-75, from Ohio 281 to U.S. 6, will be reduced to one lane for pavement repairs through approximately 6 a.m. today. Lime City Road, over I-75, Rossford, is reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal following a strike from an over-height load which damaged the bridge. U.S. Route 20, from I-75 to Simmons Road, Perrysburg/Rossford, will experience lane restrictions and closures for installation of a turn lane. Ohio 18, from Bloomdale to the Hancock County line, Bloomdale, work is complete pending a final inspection. Ohio 25, from Cygnet Road to U.S. 6, Bowling Green/Portage, closed to through traffic for road reconstruction. Ohio 64, from I-75 to Mercer Road, Bowling Green, is restricted to one lane in each direction during construction of a roundabout at Campbell Hill Road. Westbound State Route 105, from North Dunbridge Road to Carter Road, Bowling Green, will be closed for installation of a turn lane through September. Ohio 281, from Liberty Hi to Mitchell Road, Rudolph, is closed for a bridge replacement over the North Branch Portage River through September. Wyandot U.S. 30 westbound ramp, to U.S. 23 southbound, remains closed for concrete repair. Ohio 231, south of the U.S. 30 interchange, will close today for five days for a culvert replacement.
