Water customers have new way to view bills

SmartBill, the third party company that prints the city of Findlay's water bills, has upgraded its electronic platform for viewing the bills. Findlay water customers who have been receiving their bills by email will receive an email with the subject line "City of Findlay | SmartPay Works Registration." The email will come from noreply@smartpayworks.com. This is not a spam email: customers should follow the prompts to ensure they continue to receive their bills electronically. Those who are not currently viewing their bills online can register by visiting https://findlayohio.smartpayworks.com and following the prompts for registration. Registrants will need a copy of their bill or to contact Findlay's Utility Billing Department to confirm the way their name is spelled on their water billing account. Once confirmed, residents can continue with online registration. The updated portal does not allow customers to make online payments. It is simply to view water usage as shown on customers' water bills.
