F&M Bank promotes Adam Bennett to Commercial Banker

ARCHBOLD — F&M Bank, an Archbold, Ohio-based bank owned by Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., announced the promotion of Adam Bennett to Vice President and Ag/Commercial Banker in Champaign County, Ohio. "Adam has been serving agriculture and commercial customers in the Southern Ohio region since joining F&M Bank in 2021 and has worked closely with bank leaders to strategically grow the bank's presence in the new market area. He is well deserving of this promotion and I'm eager to see how he continues to serve the community in the best way possible." said Doug Shaw, Southern Ohio Regional President. Bennett is a member of the Employee Experience Committee, working to enhance company culture and improve the employee experience at F&M. He has a Bachelor's in Ag Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Wright State University. Bennett and his wife have three children. He also serves as Vice President for the Clark County Farm Bureau and as a Trustee for the Northwestern Amateur Athletic Association.
