2 injured in 4-vehicle crash

FINDLAY — A Findlay man and a Cygnet woman were both transported to Blanchard Valley Hospital after a four-vehicle crash at the intersection of Tiffin Avenue and Woodworth Drive Friday morning. Findlay police reported Anthony Reigle, 65, and Stephanie Carver-Evan, 39, were taken to the hospital following the 10:38 a.m. accident. Reigle had a pre-existing health issue that was triggered by the crash, a release from Findlay Police Department states. Carver-Evan sustained a possible broken ankle or foot, it states. According to the release, Reigle, driving a 2017 Volkswagon Jetta, was stationary at the intersection and turned right onto Tiffin Avenue, hitting Carver-Evan, who was in a 2009 Chevy Impala traveling westbound on Tiffin Avenue. She was pushed into the side of a 2010 Toyota Corolla driven by Noah Davis-Cheshire, 26, of Dayton, who was in the curb lane near the intersection, waiting to turn left into a driveway. Paige Black, 20, of Findlay, was driving eastbound on Tiffin Avenue in the center lane in a 2015 Toyota RAV 4. She attempted to avoid Davis-Cheshire, but was struck in the rear passenger door. Reigle was cited with operation at stop signs. Assisting at the scene were Findlay Fire Department, Hanco EMS and D&D Towing.
