Inmate found dead at Seneca County Jail TIFFIN — An inmate at the Seneca County Jail in Tiffin was pronounced dead Thursday after life-saving measures failed, a news release from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office said. The release said the inmate was a 49-year-old man from Tiffin, whose name, at the request of family, was not being released until out-of-state family could be notified. Preliminary information indicated no evidence of foul play or suspicious circumstances, the release said, and the Seneca County Coroner's office took the body to the Lucas County Coroner's Office for an autopsy. Corrections officers found the male unresponsive in a cell on Thursday and jail personnel immediately administered life-saving measures, the news release said. Tiffin Emergency Medical Services personnel responded and assumed life-saving attempts until the man was pronounced dead. Personnel from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation began an investigation upon their arrival at the jail and will continue to investigate, according to the release. Free movie in North Baltimore NORTH BALTIMORE — The North Baltimore Public Library's next View & Chew movie, "The Fall Guy," will be shown Thursday at the Virginia Theater, 119 N. Main St. The free movie stars Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt. It tells the story of a stuntman fresh off an almost career-ending accident who has to track down a missing movie star, solve a conspiracy and try to win back the love of his life while still doing his day job. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The movie starts at 6 p.m. Concessions will be available for purchase.
