Knepper fires 75, L-B takes third at Bellevue Invitational

BELLEVUE INVITATIONALSANDUSKY – Liberty-Benton tied Lakewood St. Edward's with a 313 team total but had to settle for third place on a scorecard playoff at the Bellevue Invitational held at the Wousickett Golf Course on Saturday.Jackson Knepper fired a 75 and Andrew Tomlinson and Ryan Mead carded 78s for L-B. Jake Gerken had a round of 82.Amherst Steele won the event with a 304 team score. Upper Sandusky (335) tied Clyde for sixth in the 18-team event.
