Raid yields drugs, arrests

FINDLAY — A search warrant executed at a Findlay residence yielded meth, fentanyl and more Wednesday night. About 11 p.m., the Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force, assisted by the Findlay Police Department Emergency Response Team and the Hancock County Sheriff's Office Special Response Team enforced the narcotic search warrant at 404 Lester Ave. Officers discovered 37.78 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 10.93 grams of suspected fentanyl, prescription pills and several items of drug paraphernalia. Other items indicative of drug trafficking and cash were also seized, a release from the task force states. Nicholas Lambert, 48, Findlay, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of fentanyl. He also had active warrants on drug trafficking charges. He is being held in the Hancock County Justice Center. Phillip Bibler, 31, also of Findlay, also was arrested and taken to the justice center on drug trafficking warrants. Additional charges of drug trafficking, possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse are expected at the conclusion of the investigation, the release states.
