Man charged with felonious assault

A Findlay man was indicted this week by a Hancock County grand jury, alleging he attempted to cause serious physical harm to another person. David M. Spiegel, 45, of 405 Lester Ave., was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony. In other indictments Kwan M. Lacey, 48, of Douglasville, Georgia, was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, a third-degree felony. Chaz I. Holley, 27, of Columbus, Michigan, was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, a third-degree felony. Brooklin G. Gelbaugh, 22, of 636 Second St., was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, a third-degree felony. Charles Cooper III, 45, of 141 Lotze St., was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence. Joy L. Risner, 34, of Carey, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of endangering children; and first-degree misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence and failure to stop after an accident. Navaeh Peck, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of misuse of credit cards. George L. Harris, 56, homeless, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of receiving stolen property. Nevaeh E. Glunk, 21, of Fostoria, was charged with receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. Richard C. Peace, 45, homeless, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs.
