FINDLAY — Marathon Petroleum Corp.'s chief executive officer, Maryann Mannen earned $14.4 million in compensation in 2024, the company reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mannen took over as CEO on Aug. 1, 2024. She succeeded Michael Hennigan. She has served as president since January 2024. She previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mannen's salary last year was $1.2 million. She earned a performance-based bonus of $3.4 million. Her stock awards were $9.2 million.
