Findlay walks off Maumee to remain unbeaten

FINDLAY 4MAUMEE 3FINDLAY – Findlay's young baseball team continued to come up clutch on Friday, scoring three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning for a walk-off 4-3 win over Maumee in a battle of unbeaten teams at Woody Curlis Field.Findlay, with no seniors on the roster, improved to 3-0. Maumee suffered its first loss in three games.Maumee led 2-1 most of the game, and added another run in the top of the seventh before Findlay rallied in the bottom of the inning.Junior shortstop Blade Wendt went 1-for-3 with a triple and scored twice for the Trojans.
