Man faces multiple sex charges

A Fostoria man was indicted this month by a Hancock County grand jury with multiple sexual assault charges. Corie A. Lagueux, 42, of Fostoria, was indicted with three rape charges, all first-degree felonies; and three second-degree felony sexual battery counts. In each of the charges, Laguex is alleged to have engaged in sexual conduct with a minor. In other indictments Christopher D. Canterbury, 53, of 2410 Jennifer Lane, Apt. H, was charged with a third-degree felony count of strangulation; and a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence. Phillip A.M. Bibler, 32, of 404 Lester Ave., was charged with a third-degree felony count of theft. Jerrold J.L. Riley, 30, of Marion Correctional Institute, was charged with a third-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs; and a fifth-degree felony count of receiving stolen property. Skyler T. Loach, 37, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, a third-degree felony. Joshua L. Martin, 45, of Williamstown, was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence. Shelby A. Dieterle, 33, of 310 W. Sandusky St., was charged with failure to appear in court, a fourth-degree felony. Jack D. Killion, 33, of Warren Correctional Institute, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Nijhia A. Senter, 24, of 426 Walnut St., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine.
