Man charged with extortion of minor

FINDLAY — A West Virginia man was indicted by a Hancock County grand jury this week, alleging he tried to induce a minor to commit a crime. Anthoney Z. McFeeley, 21, of Kenova, West Virginia, was charged with third-degree felony counts of extortion and tampering with evidence. In the extortion charge, McFeeley is alleged to have intended to induce a minor to pander obscenity involving a minor by threatening to expose a photo of the minor. In other indictments Edward A. Giesey, 49, of 515 E. Lima St., was charged with a third-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. Joseph P. Alvarado, 18, of McComb, was charged with failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, a third-degree felony. Aenoy Phasavat, 37, of 1901 Crystal Ave., was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of assault. Phasavat is alleged to have caused physical harm to a Findlay police officer. Dustin A. Weaver, 33, of 408 N. West St., was charged with failure to appear in court, a fourth-degree felony. Walter Hartley Jr., 44, of 909 N. Main St., was charged with receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. Jennifer A. Ogden, 36, of 255 Elm St., was charged with fifth-degree felony counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs. Alex D. Wilkins, 27, of 1426 Fleetwood Ave., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of violating a domestic violence protection order. Chelsea L. Deal, 33, homeless, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of violating a domestic violence protection order. Joshua M. Diaz, 43, of Fostoria, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine. Orlanda McCoy Jr., 59, of Fostoria, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine.
