Virtual Author talk this week at the library

The Findlay-Hancock County Public Library is offering the following programs the week of August 17-23, 2025: Tuesday, August 19 at 2 p.m. in the Younger Room, drop in to receive basic tech help. Staff will be on hand to help with basic computer use, Microsoft Word, the internet, email, downloadable library resources, and basic smartphone use. The Thrills & Chills Book Discussion group will meet on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Administration Office. The group will be talking about The Drowning Kind by Jennifer McMahan. On Wednesday at 7 p.m., you're invited to a virtual discussion with author Casey McQuiston to chat about her new book "The Pairing". This program is presented in partnership with the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts. Thursday at 5 p.m. in the Younger Room, Divergent Dietitian will be here to help teach adults how to handle children that are picky eaters during dinner time.
