Powerful Senecas sweep Chieftains

Bella Borgio had 12 kills, three aces, and two digs. Bryn Dircksen dished out 20 assists to go with six digs and two aces. Emily Miller added 10 kills and two digs. H-L's Lily Brickner finished with four kills and two blocks. Savanna Cook had 17 digs and four assists. Maddie Holcomb ended with 19 digs, and Araceli Velasquez recorded nine digs and three kills. The Chieftains host Old Fort on Thursday at 7 p.m. RIVERDALE 3C-RAWSON 0MOUNT BLANCHARD– Riverdale improved to 3-0 with a three-set victory over Cory-Rawson on Wednesday, 25-11, 25-13, 25-23.Shayla Newfer had 16 assists and five kills for the Falcons. Leah Miller ended with three aces and six kills. Paige Courtad dished 14 assists, and Dylann Thacker added two kills and two assists. The Falcons will host Lima Temple Christian on Monday at 5:30. Cory-Rawson, now at 0-2, travels to Lima Temple Christian on Thursday at 7. ARLINGTON 3USV 0ARLINGTON– Arlington made short work of Upper Scioto Valley on Tuesday, winning in three sets 25-18, 25-12, 25-11. Ellie Marquart finished with four aces and 25 assists. Callie Hartman had 12 kills. Mea Alexander added five aces and 11 digs. The Red Devils will take on the Columbus Grove Bulldogs today at 6:30. ADA 3KENTON 0KENTON– Ada volleyball defeated Kenton in three sets on Tuesday, 25-22, 25-18, 25-10.Jaylin St. Laurent ended with three aces, nine digs, and 12 assists for the Bulldogs. Alivia Gibson also notched three aces, along with six kills and 10 digs. Alyssa Madison had 32 digs. Anna Conley tallied eight kills, and Brook Andreasen had six. Dailah Preston added five kills and two blocks. Tea Griffith dished out 12 assists. Ada will be back in action on Saturday, traveling to Spencerville at 9 a.m. MCCOMB 3D. ST. Delaney Weaver finished with five aces, four kills, and two digs. Claire Bryan had 12 assists and five digs, while Lyv Shaheen tallied nine digs and two aces. O-GLANDORF 3DEFIANCE 0DEFIANCE– A 10-1 Ottawa-Glandorf run in the third set was the nail in the coffin for Defiance, as the Titans secured a three-set win on Tuesday evening. The Titans won 25-12, 25-15, and 25-19. Sienna Fry led O-G with 13 kills. Addy Bellman gave out 25 assists. The Titans are set to host Minster on Saturday at noon.
