Toy Run date, time announced FINDLAY — The VFW Post 5654 will hold it's 41st Toy Run starting at noon, Sept. 20, at Reineke Ford Lincoln, 12000 County Road 99. The Parade will leave Reineke Ford Lincoln and proceed south down Main Street to Walnut Street, head east and make its way out of town heading for Upper Sandusky. The run will return to the Findlay Eagles around 5:30 for the after party. Proceeds fro the event will benefit Toys for Tots, Christmas charities and A.B.A.T.E. of Ohio Inc. Fundraiser for Black Swamp Area Council announced BUCYRUS — The Black Swamp Area Council will hold the 12th Annual Sporting Clays for Scouting on Sept. 25, at Elkhorn Lake Hunt Club in Bucyrus, Ohio. The event aims to raise $72,000, with all proceeds directly benefiting the more than 3,000 youth and adult volunteers served by the council, with the positive youth development programs. The funds raised will stay local, supporting crucial Scouting programs across 13 counties, in northwest Ohio.
