Findlay man charged with baby assault

FINDLAY — A Findlay man was indicted Tuesday by a Hancock County grand jury, charging him with assaulting an infant. Braxton M. Jones, 25, of 915½ N. Main St., was charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and endangering children, a second-degree felony. In the felonious assault charge, Jones is alleged to have knowingly caused serious physical harm to an infant. In the endangering children count, he is alleged to have recklessly abused an infant, causing serious physical harm. In other indictments Robert W. Durain, 59, of 614 S. Blanchard St., was charged with fifth-degree felony counts of theft and forgery. Stephen C. Greeno, 34, of 511 Monroe Ave., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. LaQuan A. Rickman, 26, of 1321 Chateau Circle, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of theft. Breanna R. Gonzales, 30, at Hancock County jail, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of vandalism. Gonzales is alleged to have knowingly caused serious harm to property, glass panels in a jail holding cell. Angel L. Olmstead, 32, of 2901 Greenacre Drive, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of harassment with a bodily substance.
