Woman charged in overdose death

FINDLAY — A Lima woman was indicted this week by a Hancock County grand jury with causing the drug-related death of a woman. Ashley B. Collins, 30, of Lima, was charged with a first-degree felony count of involuntary manslaughter; and a second-degree felony count of corrupting another with drugs. The indictment alleges that Collins caused the death of a woman in August 2024. In the corrupting another with drugs, Collins is alleged to have furnished the woman with fentanyl, resulting in her overdose death. In other indictments: Chloe E. Connors, 30, of 1320 Vincent St., was charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. Timothy S. Stallings, 37, homeless, was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of assault. Stallings is alleged to have caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a Findlay police officer. George T. Baldridge, 54, of 222 Prospect Ave., was charged with a fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence. Adrian L. Wilson, 48, of Toledo, was charged with failure to appear in court, a fourth-degree felony. Brianne E. Settlemire, 37, of 312 Lester Ave., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine. Frederick C. Wooten, 33, of 232 E. Edgar Ave., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs. David L. Helms Jr., 40, of Fostoria, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of possession of cocaine. Adrienne R. Trice, 23, of 1934 N. Main St., was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of theft. Brandon W. Waddell, 32, of 913 Heatherview Court B, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of domestic violence.
