Build robots this week at the library

The Findlay-Hancock County Public Library has some wonderful programs available the week of December 14-20, 2025: Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the Lindamood Room will be a unique opportunity for children to learn robot-building superpowers with VEX IQ!No experience? No problem! Kids will tackle hands-on challenges, learn to build real robots with VEX IQ pieces, and discover how awesome engineering can be. This action-packed workshop is led by real VEX Robotics competitors who know all the coolest tips and tricks. This program is designed for children in grades 4–6. Get ready for some holiday-season chills- in the best way! This month's Thrills & Chills Book Discussion title is You Better Watch Out by James Murray and Darren Wearmouth. Grab a copy of the book from the book discussion table at the library in the Information Services Department or check out the e-book or audiobook on Libby, and join us on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Administration Office for a suspenseful, edge-of-your-seat holiday ride.
