If you have previously worked with a victim service agency like Crime Victim Services, you may wish to reach out to your original advocate, she said. If crisis lines have been helpful in the past, don't hesitate to reach out again, she said. "If coverage of this issue raises feelings of distress, confidential support is available through Ohio's rape crisis centers," states a Sunday Facebook post from the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence related to the Epstein Files news. Survivors can call the Ohio Sexual Violence Helpline at 844-OHIO-HELP. The National Sexual Assault Hotline can be reached by calling 800-656-HOPE (4673), texting "HOPE" to 64673 or chatting at RAINN.org/hotline. Crime Victim Services has offices in Lima and Ottawa.
