A caller reported an electric scooter exploded. Columbia Gas, AEP and Findlay Fire Department assisted at the scene. Wednesday, Feb. 18 4:05 a.m. - 1100 block of Concord Ct., deputies investigated a report of a publicly intoxicated person. 10:13 a.m. - 100 block of N.
