Findlay's Harris, Crates earn all-Ohio honors

COLUMBUS – The youthful talent and potential in Findlay High's girls basketball program was evident with sophomore Davinee Harris and freshman Maggie Crates being recognized when the Division I, II and III 2026 all-Ohio selections were released on Tuesday.Harris a 5-foot-7 guard who averaged 20.2 points and a team-leading 5.6 rebounds, was second team all-Ohio in Division I. Also first team all-Northern Lakes League and all-District 8, Harris averaged 4.4 deflections and two steals per game in leading the Trojans to a 15-8 season.Crates, a 5-4 guard who was selected a team captain her freshman season, averaged 7.8 points and 2.6 rebounds in receiving honorable mention all-state recognition. She handed out 26 assists and was second on the team with 36 steals.
