Columbus Grove doubles up on Spartans

GROVE 4LIMA SR. 2COLUMBUS GROVE – Columbus Grove rallied for three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning and held on to beat Lima Senior 4-2 in a nonleague baseball game on Friday.Carter Flores pitched a four-hitter to get the win and Alex Meyer earned a save for Grove, which won its third straight after a season-opening loss. Meyer also had a triple, single and drove in two runs. Trenton Wynkoop and Flores had two hits each.
