'Find Your Joy' during National Library Week

First celebrated in 1958, National Library Week is a national observance sponsored by the American Library Association and libraries of all types across the country each April. This year's theme "Find Your Joy" encourages the library community to embrace what they love. Whether its cozying up with a new story, learning a new skill, gathering with community, or something else, you can find your joy at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library! National Library Week, April 19-25, is a time to celebrate the many ways libraries bring people together, spark imagination, and support lifelong learning. From books and digital resources to computer assistance and creative programming, libraries are essential to thriving communities. At Tiffin-Seneca Public Library, we invite everyone to join in the celebration! Whether you're a longtime patron, a new neighbor, or just haven't visited in a while, now is the perfect time to explore all the library has to offer. In addition to the books, movies, audiobooks, music, and periodicals our library provides, we also offer a variety of unique services and programs. These services and programs include free Wi-Fi, mobile hotspots, 3-D printing, public meeting room spaces, STEAM and art programs for elementary students, special story time programs for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, adult craft programs, best-selling author visits, and so much more. With each new program and service, we strive to ensure everyone has access to resources that educate, inspire, and connect. Stop by to check out these resources as well as the following National Library Week events: • "Find Your Joy" Prize Drawing: Stop by the library anytime during the week to fill out a card letting us know what brings you joy at T-SPL! Each entry is an opportunity to win the grand prize (one entry per patron). • National Library Outreach Day: On Wednesday, April 22, Tiffin-Seneca Public Library's Extension and Outreach Department will do a special giveaway at the Checkout Desk.
