The program will bring $750,000 in grant funding for no-cost home repair and rehabilitation services for income-eligible residents, and declaring an emergency. 2026-048, first reading, appropriating and transferring $700,000 from the capital improvement fund to 2026 Annual Street Resurfacing and Curb Repairs to fund construction, inspection, and contingency for the asphalt portion of the 2026 street resurfacing and curb repair program, and declaring an emergency. 2026-049, first reading, appropriating and transferring $40,000 from the Sewer Fund to West & Lima Sanitary Sewer Repair to cover additional construction costs after crews encountered bedrock and an unknown line requiring realignment during excavation, and declaring an emergency.
