L-B 12 BG 2 FINDLAY – Lauren Erdeljac crushed a home run and had four RBIs, and Megan Gerken limited Bowling Green to just three hits in six innings as Liberty-Benton cruised to a 12-2 win. Sophie McDaniel tripled and singled three times, while scoring twice and driving in a run for the Eagles, who improved to 12-5. Payton Spence connected on a pair of doubles, scoring and driving in a run. Gerken added a double and an RBI, while in the circle, she walked three and stuck out four. Kennedy Gerken tripled and plated a run for the Bobcats. Jules Frisdon took the loss in the circle, giving up 14 hits and six earned runs. She walked one and punched out seven. Emeri Meggitt had three singles, scored three times and drove in three runs.
