Isaac Schworm had a two-run double and winning pitcher Kooper Leatherman added an RBI single as L-B (11-4, 7-0) remained tied with Leipsic (11-5, 8-0) atop the BVC standings.Leipsic, which got past McComb 8-5 on Monday, hosts Arlington on Wednesday and Liberty-Benton is at Pandora-Gilboa. He struck out eight. Yaeger scored three times and Grant Leopold (2-1B) scored twice. Jordan Schumaker (2-1B) also had two hits for the Titans (9-6, 5-2 WBL).Lima Bath fell to 10-2, 5-1 in WBL games with the loss. ELMWOOD 18ARLINGTON 3BLOOMDALE – Elmwood poured 11 runs across the plate in the second inning and rolled to an 18-3 BVC win over Arlington.Now 6-8 overall, Elmwood improved its BVC record to 5-2. Arlington dipped to 3-14, 2-5 in the league. ADA 14P-GILBOA 6ADA – Pandora-Gilboa scored in almost every inning on Monday. But Ada was doing the same, and by bigger margins in powering its way to a 14-6 BVC win over the Rockets.Ada led 6-3 after three innings, and padded its lead with three-run rallies in the fourth and fifth innings in improving its record to 7-9 overall, 3-5 in the BVC. P-G fell to 4-11, 2-6 in the league. H-LOUDON 6ST. JOSEPH 1BASCOMN – Kellen Frankart pitched a four-hitter and had almost that many hits of his own in Hopewell-Loudon's 6-1 Sandusky Bay Conference win over Fremont St. Joseph.Frankart tripled in the third inning and had doubles in the fourth and sixth. He drove in three runs for the Chieftains (13-4).
