The Chieftains (10-9) put four runs on in the bottom of the third inning and two more in the fourth inning to come back to tie the game with Port Clinton (11-13). The Redskins had been leading after putting five runs in the first two innings compared to the one run that H-L had headinging into the bottom of the third. Aubrey Cline had three hits, including a homer and drove in two. Araceli Velasquez had two singles, which were dingers, that chased in four. England singled twice. Velasquez won in the circle. She had allowed seven runs on five hits but fanned 10 and walked no one in seven frames.
